Clear choices are part of the work
A project discussion may lead to a defined proposal, one bounded clarification, use of an existing product, a later re-entry condition or a responsible stop. A submission itself is not a quote, reservation or acceptance.
Access and support
Credentials do not belong in ordinary inquiry forms. If access is later required, it needs an approved secure method and the minimum necessary permissions. Ongoing maintenance, monitoring, remediation and response windows exist only when expressly included.
