This calculator application was created with a passion for preserving the nostalgic experience of using a desktop printing electric calculator. I used to own a classic desktop printing calculator that printed out every calculation on a continuous roll of paper—much like old cash registers. Every computation you made was recorded, allowing you to review your work, jot down memos, or simply enjoy the tactile experience of printed paper.
This app brings that memorable experience to the digital world by maintaining a history of all calculations. It supports both basic and advanced arithmetic—including functions like square roots, exponentiation, and trigonometric calculations. Whether you're a student, a professional, or someone who appreciates the legacy of classic computing devices, this tool is designed to help you calculate and review your work just as if it were printed on paper.
The idea for this app stems from my own experience with that old desktop printing calculator. I wanted to recreate the sense of reliability and the ability to look back at every calculation—even adding notes, if needed—in a digital format. In doing so, I also made sure that no personal or tracking information is ever stored.
